Para Cycling to set for 3 days at Toyota SASAPD Nationals

Para Cycling will feature across three days at the 2026 Toyota SASAPD National Championships, with athletes competing in time trial, track and road race formats.

The programme begins on Sunday, 29 March with the time trial at Killarney Raceway, followed by track events on Monday at Coetzenburg Athletics Stadium in Stellenbosch. The competition concludes on Tuesday with the road race, again hosted at Killarney Raceway.

The three-discipline format provides athletes with the opportunity to compete across different cycling environments, testing endurance, speed and technical execution.

The inclusion of handcycles, bicycles and tricycles ensures a broad and inclusive field, with athletes competing across classifications and distances throughout the programme.

With structured race schedules and medal opportunities across all three days, Para Cycling remains a key component of the championships, contributing to both performance and development within the national system.
