North Lights School has been presented with a brand-new Toyota Quantum bus after being named beneficiaries at the 2025 Toyota National Championships for the Physically Disabled, which took place in Gqeberha in March 2025. The Toyota National Championships, sponsored by Toyota SA Motors, was a resounding success, drawing athletes from all nine provinces of South Africa to compete across various sports codes.

SASAPD President Jean Miggels said, “It was a dream that became a reality, and it was a great experience just to see the joy and excitement on the faces of the learners and staff.” This generous donation from Toyota SA Motors will help North Lights School ensure that every learner can travel safely and comfortably to sporting fixtures, school outings, and community activities.
